THERMAGLIDE: 60-DAY AT-HOME TRIAL

Try your Body Relief Lab ThermaGlide at home. You have 60 days from delivery to contact us and request a return if it is not right for you. Used ThermaGlide units and ThermaGlide purchases made at a sale price qualify for this trial.

Keep the device and included accessories. You will need your order number or proof of purchase. Contact help@somnacool.com within 60 days of delivery. We will send a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you, along with instructions for where to send the product. Please request your return before mailing anything back.

The ThermaGlide trial takes precedence over the unused-item, personal-care, and sale-item exclusions below. Normal use of ThermaGlide during the trial does not make it ineligible for return.

REFUNDS

We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. Eligible ThermaGlide trial returns receive a refund of the product purchase price to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact help@somnacool.com.

OTHER PRODUCTS

For products other than ThermaGlide, you have 60 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required. Contact help@somnacool.com before returning an item.

For these other products, perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal-care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable. Contact us if you are unsure about a particular item.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact help@somnacool.com promptly if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

EXCHANGES

Contact us to arrange a return. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you may cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required. This does not reduce the separate ThermaGlide trial offered above.
