Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

• Standard Shipping (7–15 business days)

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States (Continuously Expanding). We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages Body Relief Lab is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost, please contact us at help@somnacool.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us at help@somnacool.com within 48 hours of delivery.
