Who is ThermaGlide for?
ThermaGlide is designed for an at-home relaxation routine using adjustable warmth and vibration. It is a hand-guided device: you control the movement and pressure. Read the included manual to check suitability before use.
When will my order arrive?
Standard US shipping is free. Allow 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. We email tracking after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Can I try it before deciding?
Yes. Contact help@somnacool.com within 60 days of delivery to request a return. Used ThermaGlide units and sale purchases qualify. Keep the device and included accessories. We provide a prepaid return label and instructions. Read the return policy for the full process.
Do I need to use EMS or buy gel?
EMS is optional. Conductive gel is not included in the standard box. Follow the included manual for conductive-medium requirements, or contact help@somnacool.com before ordering if you need those requirements confirmed.
